Refund Policy

I aim to despatch orders paid by credit/debit card or PayPal within 3-28 working days of receiving your payment.

Payment by Cheque or postal order will be dispatched within 3 working days once the funds have been cleared.

In the event that an item you order is out of stock, I will contact you by email or by phone as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once you have received the product purchased and you not happy with it in any way then you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you can have a full no quibble refund on the goods purchased.

Items must be returned within 14 Days of receipt, you must obtain a Returns Number from woooden-it-be-nice.co.uk prior to returning the goods purchased.

A full refund will be issued after I have received the items as dispatched and in un-used condition, complete in the security sealed plastic wallet.

Unfortunately, the postage paid is non-refundable and you will need to return the items back to me at your cost.

Specially commissioned items are ” made to order ” and as such will not be subject to the no quibble refund offer. However, I will always do my best to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with my products and endeavour to rectify any issues related to my products.

You can be rest assured I will do my utmost to resolve your problem.

International buyers will be subject to the same policy and must ensure that you follow the returns policy that you have received with your order, failure to do so may be a breach of my guarantee offer and may result in no refunds being applied.
